A number of student films produced in Macquarie University’s Department of Media, Music, Communication and Cultural Studies have been recognised in international competition, reflecting the expertise and talent that is housed in the department’s state-of-the-art teaching buildings.
One such film, ‘Better on the Inside’, recently earned student Chris Haysom the title of the ‘Best Young Australian Filmmaker’ at the 2012 Byron Bay International Film Festival.
